TY-SD12 Laser cutting dust purification Single-unit cartridge dust collector
When the dusty gas enters the single-unit filter cartridge dust collector, the large dust particles in the gas fall down due to gravity, and the small and very fine dust enters the filter chamber and is adsorbed and retained on the surface of the filter material. The purified clean gas is discharged through the exhaust port through the fan.
Equipment advantages
High-precision filter media filtration, exhaust gas that meets the standard is directly discharged indoors.
A differential pressure gauge is provided to record the air permeability of the filter media in real time.
It can be equipped with a universal cantilever suction hood imported from Sweden as needed, and the standard hood length is 3 meters.
Backblowing uses a large-capacity air bag, combined with the domestic top pulse valve, to more effectively backblow the filter media. The air bag has a pressure resistance of 10KPa.
The air intake is equipped with an oil-water filter, and an external air bag waterproof device is installed. The accumulated water in the air bag can be cleaned in time, quickly and conveniently.
The equipment exhaust and fan are equipped with a noise reduction structure, and the noise level is 80DB.
Automatic delayed pulse, the equipment has a shutdown delay filter media cleaning function when shutting down, which can thoroughly clean the residual dust of the filter media, and the cleaning time is adjustable.
The three-sided inlet direction can be selected at will, making it easier to adjust the equipment installation position.
The air inlet is equipped with a baffle or steel mesh to effectively buffer the impact of wind speed on the filter media or the rebound of dust due to shutdown pulses.
External mobile or built-in drawer-type dust hopper can quickly clean the generated dust.
Equipped with casters and feet, convenient for moving and fixing horizontal adjustment.
Equipped with explosion-proof vents, automatic pressure release.

It is widely used in boiler exhaust, clothing, furniture, cutting, metallurgy and steelmaking, hardware processing, sandblasting and polishing, die-casting and other industries.
