Under the action of the dust removal fan, the dust-laden gas of this equipment enters the air duct of the grinding room from the air inlet of the grinding room. Part of the dust falls into the air duct, and other lighter and finer dust moves upward with the wind flow and is adsorbed on the surface of the filter. The clean gas after filtration passes through the filter into the upper box and is discharged by the fan and circulates in the workshop. As the filtering condition continues, the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter will accumulate more and more, which will increase the running resistance of the equipment accordingly. When the equipment is turned on, the pulse cleaning system starts to work, the filter is closed, and the compressed air is rotated and sprayed through a special drainage nozzle to peel off the dust on the outer surface of the filter. The cleaning device then cleans the next row of filters. After the cleaning is completed, the cleaning device stops working and waits for the next cleaning work. The cleaning cycle is repeated in this way. The device cleans thoroughly, and some fans and scraper unloading devices can be automatically turned on during cleaning to ensure that the system remains in the best working condition.
