The dry post-processing research bench is a set of fully sealed vacuum equipment and a complete set of vacuum system devices. The key equipment of the device uses the fully sealed magnetic vortex vacuum pump and fully sealed magnetic vortex compressor independently developed by our company. The magnetic transmission seal is used to isolate the driver and the driven components, improve the unfriendly situation of the argon atmosphere hot chamber environment to the motor operation, and can achieve high safety operation, zero leakage, true oil-free, high-purity gas transportation, ultra-high vacuum, high-pressure gas transportation and heat exchange, low vibration, easy replacement of accessories and equipment maintenance.
The research bench is mainly composed of a vacuum glove box, magnetic transmission vortex vacuum equipment, a pipeline system, various transmitters and sensors, a PLC automatic control system, etc. It has the functions of automatic adjustment of vacuum, high-pressure gas heat exchange, high-precision flow automatic control, temperature automatic control, data acquisition and numerical analysis, etc. It automatically adjusts the operating parameters of the process gas in the control room and the control room through the set value, and the control is accurate, and the flow, temperature and pressure of the gas medium can be monitored.
