Magnetic drive screw pump
Single screw pump is a new type of pump that works on the principle of rotary meshing positive displacement. The main working parts are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed bushing (stator). Due to the special geometric shape of the two parts, they form separate sealed chambers. The medium flows evenly from the axial direction, with low internal flow velocity, low noise, constant volume, and stable pressure. Therefore, no eddy currents and agitation will be generated, and the inherent structure of the medium will not be destroyed. Because the stator is made of a variety of elastic materials, the screw pump has the characteristics that ordinary pumps cannot handle in conveying high-viscosity fluids and conveying media containing hard suspended particles or fibers. Its flow rate is proportional to the speed.
The leakage-free magnetic screw pump is based on the conventional screw pump and adopts magnetic drive to replace the original packing seal or mechanical seal to achieve the purpose of lifelong leakage-free. The principle is that the magnetic screw pump uses the magnetic transmission of permanent magnets to achieve a new type of screw pump that transmits torque without contact. That is, when the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e., outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic lines of force pass through the isolation sleeve through the action of the magnetic field to drive the inner rotor (i.e., inner magnetic steel) assembly and the impeller to rotate synchronously. Since the medium is enclosed in the stationary isolation sleeve, the purpose of leak-free pumping of the medium is achieved, which solves the shaft seal leakage of the mechanical transmission pump. The designed fully sealed, leak-free, energy-saving new industrial pump has standard performance and can replace the expensive three-screw pump.
