Catalytic combustion is a new type of waste gas treatment equipment with high efficiency, energy saving and no secondary pollution, which has been successfully developed based on many years of waste gas treatment experience. After being used by many users, this treatment technology has reached the leading level of similar domestic products. The device is mainly suitable for organic waste gas that is not suitable for direct combustion or catalytic combustion and adsorption recovery methods. Especially for large air volume and low concentration treatment occasions, satisfactory treatment effect can be obtained. It is suitable for treating organic waste gas at normal temperature, large air volume, medium and low concentration, and volatile. The types of organic solvents that can be treated include benzene, ketones, esters, aldehydes, ethers, alkanes and their mixed gases.
Comprehensive interpretation of catalytic combustion equipment, first, the organic waste gas is removed from some dust particles through a dry filter, and then the organic waste gas that meets the adsorption conditions is sent to the activated carbon adsorption box for adsorption purification, and the purified clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the main exhaust fan. The adsorption device is equipped with one set of spare adsorption box. When the activated carbon adsorption is saturated, it is switched to the catalytic combustion desorption state through the control valve. The desorption regeneration system adopts online desorption regeneration, and can also adopt offline desorption regeneration, that is, the adsorption process is a continuous treatment process. While the spare adsorption device is put into use, the saturated adsorption box performs desorption work. After desorption, the activated carbon box is ready for the next cycle.

Process flow
Organic waste gas adsorption purification process: the waste gas first passes through a dry filter to remove dust and then evenly passes through the activated carbon adsorption bed. The pollutants in the waste gas are adsorbed on the area of the activated carbon, and the purified gas is discharged through the chimney to meet the standards. Activated carbon desorption regeneration and catalytic combustion process: when the adsorption reaches saturation, it is regenerated through valve switching. Hot air is sent to the adsorption bed to heat the activated carbon. The activated carbon is heated to decompose a high concentration of organic gas, which is introduced into the catalytic combustion bed by the desorption circulation fan. The waste gas is catalytically burned to generate harmless gases such as carbon dioxide and water and part of the heat. The heat is recycled for the decomposition and regeneration of the activated carbon in the adsorption bed. The entire adsorption and catalytic combustion process is automatically controlled by the PLC system.


Technical principle
Using the characteristics of large specific surface area and large adsorption capacity of activated carbon to adsorb and treat low-concentration organic waste gas is an extremely effective treatment method, which can concentrate the concentration of organic waste gas by more than 10-20 times. However, the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent material is limited, and the adsorbent material that is saturated with adsorption needs to be regenerated and reused to reduce operating costs.
For this reason, our company independently developed mature and reliable ZLRCO-100003 series activated carbon adsorption and desorption catalytic combustion equipment. After the activated carbon is saturated with adsorption, it is desorbed and regenerated with hot air to put the activated carbon back into use. By controlling the flow temperature of the desorbed gas, the desorbed waste gas is passed into the catalytic bed and ignited under the action of electric heat and catalyst. The purification efficiency of the catalytic combustion process can reach more than 9095%. After combustion, CO2 and H2O are generated and a large amount of heat is released. After the heat exchanger recovers part of the energy, the heat can be mixed with the outdoor air to be used as the activated carbon desorption gas, which reduces energy consumption and does not produce secondary pollution.

Performance characteristics
The RCO process is used to purify organic waste gas, which can remove multiple organic pollutants at the same time. It has the advantages of simple process flow, compact equipment and reliable operation;
RCO has high purification efficiency, generally more than 95%
RCO has the advantage of low operating costs, and its heat recovery efficiency can generally reach more than 95%
No wastewater is generated during the whole process, and no secondary pollution such as NOx is generated during the purification process;
RCO purification equipment can be used in conjunction with the oven, and the purified gas can be directly reused in the oven heating equipment to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.

The electric heating system works in sections, automatically tracks the temperature and has a built-in heat storage device, which saves energy and electricity.
The combined process of adsorption concentration + catalytic combustion is adopted, and the entire system realizes a closed cycle of purification and desorption processes, and no secondary pollution is generated during the operation process, and the equipment investment and transportation costs are low.
The PLC control system realizes the control of activated carbon adsorption bed and catalytic oxidation equipment, electric heating power, flue gas outlet damper control, fan, furnace temperature, pressure, wind direction switching valve signal interlock control, etc., and centrally monitors or controls important operating parameters. The control layer is mainly composed of PLC and its system. PLC and its system receive data information sent from the site, and after its own calculation and processing, it issues a response command to control the on-site equipment: at the same time, all faults of the on-site equipment are analyzed and processed in time, and the fault information is reflected on the touch screen in real time, and the response alarm prompt is given.
The main control cabinet is equipped with a main power switch (with thermal overload, electromagnetic overload, phase error protection function, with feedback output point, upload PLC system), the main switch can be manually set, and the power indicator light is set on the control cabinet panel. The control cabinet input and output lines use cable trays, and the input and output lines are at the top or bottom of the control cabinet to provide power supply and control power supply to all equipment in the control system. All control cabinets are equipped with door switches and lighting. Wire troughs are used inside the cabinet and galvanized bridge wiring is used outside the cabinet.

Scope of application
The treatment technology is particularly suitable for high waste heat recovery rate requirements and no other process can be used as a heat exchange recovery procedure: it is suitable for the same production line, where the exhaust gas composition often changes or the exhaust gas concentration fluctuates greatly due to different products. The application industries include the purification of low- and medium-concentration organic waste gas generated in the petroleum, chemical, rubber, paint, coating, furniture, printed iron cans, printing and other industries. Cyclone spray tower
When the equipment is in operation, the paint mist enters the high-speed cyclone guide device under the traction of the negative pressure fan.
