• Equipment overview:

 Application background: the destruction of natural water (rainwater, seawater, river water, etc.) to products and materials, causing inestimable economic losses every year. The damage caused mainly includes corrosion, fading, deformation, strength decline, expansion, mildew, etc., especially electrical products due to short circuit caused by rain and easy to cause fire. Therefore, the shell protection water test for a specific product or material is an essential key procedure.
 General application fields: outdoor lamps, household appliances, auto parts and other electronic and electrical products.
Equipment function: the main function of the equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and other parts under the climate conditions simulating the rain. After the test, to judge whether the performance of the product meets the requirements through verification, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the product.

5.6IPX 34: The tube drive adopts domestic high quality servo stepping motor, swing speed, accurate and adjustable Angle, there is no loss of step problem (lost step will cause the movement of the tube, bump into the middle table shaft, causing equipment damage)

5.9 Turn table drive: use domestic high quality stepper motor, speed and Angle can be set on the touch screen (adjustable), accurate and stepless adjustable within the standard range, and can automatically control the positive and back rotation (forward and reverse: suitable for power test with samples, to prevent winding).
5.10. The test box is equipped with sample power socket (AC220,10A). Sample power power off time can be controlled by program: power outage (0-999min) -Power on (0-999min) -power outage (0-999min), suitable for sample power off during test.
5.11 The test time can be set on the touch screen with the set range: 0-999min (adjustable).
5.12 The core control system adopts Taiwan Weilun 7-inch touch screen + Panasonic PLC, and the electrical components adopt imported brands such as LS and Omron. The wiring process meets the national standards, the electric panel layout is reasonable, the wiring is firm and clearly marked.
5.13 The chassis is equipped with embedded spare parts box, and common spare parts (such as hexagon screwdriver, filter element, needle, etc.) are placed for user storage and use.
