Product Description
The modular designed four-column press or four-column hydraulic press (also called four-column hydraulic press) is guided by high-quality graphite-impregnated self-lubricating bronze bushings and four solid chrome-plated columns. The heavy-duty four-column frame structure provides maximum rigidity, minimizes the deflection of the entire machine structure, and achieves perfectly accurate parallelism between the bed and the plunger. The large columns and thick plates provide a stable platform for your special and demanding applications.
Four-column hydraulic press (or four-column press), with a capacity ranging from a small hydraulic press of 3 tons to 3000 tons, also provides some standard models for common or typical applications. But most are manufactured according to customer specifications.

Product Features
The machine body adopts a three-beam and four-column structure, and the servo-driven production station has high efficiency and more stable process movements.
The three plates consisting of the upper beam, the moving template and the lower template are made of high-quality ductile iron.
After finite element analysis, the three plates have a more reasonable structure, good strength, and small deformation under stress, making the machine more precise and safer.
The moving template is equipped with an automatic lubricating bearing guide to cooperate with the bed, so that the friction resistance of the moving template is small, the machine wear is low, and the service life is long.
The ultra-long moving beam guide length, when the machine is subjected to partial load, the deformation of the template is small when it is stressed, and the verticality of the moving template relative to the fixed template during movement is more precise.
