1,product use
Salt spray testing machine is mainly used for surface treatment of various materials, including coating, electroplating, inorganic and surface film, anodic treatment. The corrosion resistance of the product is tested after the antirust oil is treated.
2.4.Air supply system:
The air pressure is adjusted in two sections, one section is roughly adjusted in 2Kg/cm2, the inlet air filter is equipped with drainage function, the second section is precisely adjusted in 1Kg/cm2, the 1/4 pressure gauge shows precision and accuracy.
2.5.spray method:
1.Bernoult principle to absorb salt water and then atomize, the atomization degree is uniform, without blocking the phenomenon of crystallization, can ensure the continuous test.
2.The nozzle is made of toughened glass, which can adjust the amount of spray and the Angle of spray.
3.Spray volume 1~2ml/h adjustable (ml/80cm2/h standard requirements test 16 hours to find the average amount).The measuring cylinder adopts embedded type installation, beautiful and neat appearance, convenient observation, reduce the installation space of the instrument.

2.8.water supply system:Adopt automatic and manual water filling systems to automatically or manually replenish the pressure barrel and the water level of the laboratory to prevent damage to instruments due to water shortage and high temperature.
2.9.Defogging system:Clean the salt mist in the test chamber when the machine stops to prevent corrosion gas from flowing out and damaging other precision instruments in the laboratory.

1.When the water level is low, the power supply will be cut off automatically, and thesafety warning light device will light up and display.
2.When the temperature is over, the heater power will be cut off automatically, and the safety warning light will turn on and display.
3.When the water level of test drug (salt water) is low, the safety warning light device will light up and display.
4.Leakage protection function to prevent personal injury and instrument failure caused by line leakage or short circuit.
