Equipment Introduction
The 12th generation of special-shaped bag pressure-adjusting die-cutting machine optimizes the control system and program based on the previous generations of die-cutting machines, adopts a new power structure and pressure-adjusting mechanism, and changes the main power servo motor to a lower structure. The servo motor is used to adjust the height of the lower seat plate, and the operation is performed on the screen, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the upper and lower strokes and pressures of die-cutting. At the same time, the speed is faster and the tool life is greatly improved!
In normal mode, the seat needs to use a pad to maintain the sharpness and service life of the blade. The equipment is equipped with a plate shifting device;
Maximum speed: 180 pieces/minute, which solves the problem that the traditional old die-cutting machine is easy to fuzz when die-cutting the eight-side sealing bag of the self-supporting bag, the square bottom bag accordion, the self-supporting bag bottom adhesion, and the opening cannot be opened, while improving the tool life.
