Equipment transportation, installation and commissioning
1. Transportation

The check-in machine is transported as a whole and can be loaded, unloaded, and transported with a forklift or crane. It can only be loaded at the bottom of the machine base or at the four legs of the lifting machine base. It is strictly prohibited to shovel or lift the machine head! This can cause the main transmission mechanism to detach and damage, and endanger the safety of the carrier. Avoid strong impacts and collisions during transportation. When transporting wooden boxes of this machine, they should not be upside down, placed on the side, or tilted too much. A small range of movement can also be achieved through the use of a random accessory car: the legs at the casters are screwed in until the casters land, the round head at the front of the car is inserted into the ball socket of the hanging ear, and the handle of the car is pressed down to lift the base and pull it

3. Debugging
Before switching on the power supply, the commissioning personnel shall first tighten the wiring terminals on the distribution board to avoid the looseness of terminals that may be caused by long-distance transportation.
Install the Great Wall chuck onto the bracket and thread the two rows of clips into the guide channel, as shown in Figure 1:

  • First, turn the handwheel counterclockwise by hand and observe for any interference between the upper and lower punches. Then set the clock in speed to 5 pieces/minute, press the "buckle" button (as shown in Figure 4), and single out once. At this point, the left hand wheel of the body should rotate counterclockwise and smoothly. If abnormal sounds or phenomena occur, immediately press the emergency stop button next to the handwheel (see the schematic diagram of the entire machine).
III. Use and Adjustment
1. Adjustment of the height from the work center to the ground
This height refers to the height from the center of the retraction plate to the ground, which should be consistent with the height from the center of the filling pipe of the filling machine to the ground. Adjust the anchor bolts at the bottom of the machine base separately, and the upper plane of the machine base should be kept basically horizontal
2. Adjustment of the shrink plate (as shown in Figure 5)
Adjustment of the position of the closing relative to the center of the punch: "Release the locking nuts A, B, C, D", turn the two "middle adjustment sleeves" respectively, and turn the handwheel to observe the relative position of the middle closing and the center of the punch when the contraction plate is closed. When the center coincides with the center of the punch and the closing size is appropriate, lock the "locking nuts A, B, C, D". When replacing the packaging film, the opening size of the shrink plate must be adjusted accordingly according to the diameter of the packaging material used, so that the material in the middle of the casing can be squeezed clean and easily punched in. At this time, the top screw and the marathon screw should be adjusted to change the closing size, but the locking nuts A, B, C, and D cannot or do not need to be adjusted to change the position of the closing relative to the center of the punch. (This position has been pre adjusted to fit when leaving the factory).

Attention: When the contraction board is closed, the left side has a small opening and the right side has a large opening, so that when the contraction board is closed and stretched, the left contraction board clamps the casing tightly.   1. The adjustment of the packaging regulator should be carried out during production. If the adjustment is too loose, the material will flow back, affecting the quantity. If the adjustment is too tight, the filling will be too full, and when the shrink plate is tightly stretched, it is easy to squeeze out the aluminum buckle or crack the packaging film that was hit last time. So it is necessary to adjust according to the actual situation during the production process
  2. Rotate the "adjusting sleeve" in or out to adjust the tightness of the "polyurethane anti fall ring"
  3. Randomly equipped with four types of "packaging regulators" corresponding to four types of filling tubes φ 15 φ 20 φ 25 φ 33. Replace the corresponding "packaging regulator" and "filling tube" according to the folding diameter of the packaging.

Adjust the knob in Figure 7 to change the distance between the packaging regulator and the shrink plate, but the minimum distance should be>10. If the distance is too small, there is a possibility of mutual impact and damage.

The positions of the upper and lower punches have been adjusted before leaving the factory. After using them for a period of time, if the buckle is not aligned or the clock is not tight, it is necessary to adjust the positions of the upper and lower punches. At this point, it is necessary to cut off the power supply of the entire machine, otherwise it will endanger the safety of the operator
If the clock in is not tight, loosen the "big lock nut" in Figure 8 and turn the "adjustment rod" clockwise (to move the upper punch down by 1.5mm/turn). Do not adjust too much at once to avoid interference and damage from the upper and lower punches! After adjustment, tighten the large lock nut.
If there is movement between the small lock nut and the small screw during clocking in (the clocking speed can be set to 5 times/minute for observation), the small lock nut can be tightened clockwise to lift the small screw up until this phenomenon is eliminated.
5. Replacement of upper punch (as shown in Figure 8)
Remove the upper punch (if the cutter is adjusted to extend for a long time, loosen the cutter cylinder), insert the positioning protrusion of the new punch into the positioning groove of the upper punch, which should be tightly attached and have no gap for good positioning. Tighten the screw and turn the handwheel by hand to observe the cutting buckle section.
6. Replacement of the lower punch (as shown in Figure 8)
Remove the punch and press the two locating surfaces of the new punch tightly as shown in Figure 8, without any dirt in the middle. Tighten the screws. Rotate the handwheel by hand once to observe the cutting section.
7. Replacement of the shift fork shaft (as shown in Figure 8)
When replacing the punch with the same pitch, there is no need to adjust the position of the fork shaft. When changing from 15 pitch to 15 pitch (or vice versa), the fork shaft should be replaced to the small hole farthest from the lower punch. At the same time, adjust the position of the clamping plate.
9. Adjustment of card pressing plate. (As shown in Figure 9)

1. Lubrication
Before each shift, use an oil gun to add an appropriate amount of No. 20 edible machinery oil to the buckle chains and various movable joints inside the machine, and add a few drops of No. 20 edible machinery oil to the joint bearings
Add a small amount of lubricating grease to each cam slide and gear tooth surface every week. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating grease to each oil cup on the right side of the machine body.
Regularly check the oil level in the oil mist eliminator on the rear triple of the machine, and add No. 20 mechanical oil or sewing oil if it is insufficient
2. Needle bearing
The double sealed dustproof needle roller bearing used in this machine generally does not require lubricant during its service life, but it must be regularly checked for any abnormalities. If replacement is necessary, please contact our company
3. Pneumatic control part
This machine controls the electromagnetic pneumatic directional valve of the cutting blade. Under normal circumstances, there is no need for special maintenance. If the action of the cutting blade cylinder is not flexible, the directional valve should be replaced or cleaned with kerosene. Then, press the manual button on the directional valve to check if it is flexible
4. Post shift cleaning
At the end of each shift, use the air spray gun equipped with the machine to blow out the residue inside and outside the machine, and then wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Before cleaning, be sure to turn off the power supply. It is strictly prohibited to rinse directly with water. After cleaning, turn off the air source!

7. Maintenance and operation per shift:
1. Check for loose nuts and screws, especially the cam roller bearing locking nut
2. Add oil to each lubrication point.
3. Remove the aluminum shavings and debris accumulated in the lower punch
4. Check if there is any butter in the grooves of each wheel, and if there is any shortage, add it at any time
5. It is strictly prohibited to strike without packaging materials during the operation process. Stacking the clips can cause the punch to crack or the bent arm to break!
6. The clock in speed should not be too high, it is recommended to have 70-90 pieces per minute. Otherwise, it will accelerate the wear of each operation, especially causing damage to the roller bearings inside the cam
7. The touch screen can only be pressed with the belly of your fingers, and cannot be pressed with nails or hard tools, otherwise it may be damaged prematurely.
8. It is strictly prohibited to rinse the touch screen and electrical parts directly with water. Wipe them dry with a cloth
