TY-S series roughness tester is the first one-key automatic needle position zeroing, which can adjust the size of the contour waveform display in real time, so as to facilitate a better view of the surface roughness. It can measure the main parameters of the latest international standards, and this instrument fully and strictly implements international standards. The measurement parameters conform to the national standard of GB/T3505 "Product Geometric Technical Specifications, Surface Structure, Contour Method, Terms, Definitions and Surface Structure Parameters" and are compatible with the standards of the United States, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and other countries. Routine maintenance and upkeep
1. Be especially careful when plugging and unplugging the sensor at any time, and be careful not to touch the guide head and the stylus, because this is the key part of the whole instrument, try to hold the large root of the sensor bracket (the front of the main body) and plug and unplug;
2. After completing the measurement work, please put the sensor into the packaging box in time;
3. Please always pay attention to the stylus part of the protection sensor;
4. When the sensor is a precision part, any knock, bump and fall may damage the sensor, and such situations should be avoided as much as possible;
5. The sensor is a vulnerable part, which is not a part within the scope of the warranty, and only provides maintenance; In order not to interfere with the measurement work, it is recommended that the user purchase a backup sensor for emergency use.
