1. Equipment introduction

1.1 Working principle
The  motor  drives  the  vibration  exciter  through  the  belt,  and  the vibration  exciter  generates centrifugal force to drive the screen box to make a three-dimensional swing.
By  adjusting  the  speed,  eccentricity,  radial  tilt  and  tangential  tilt  and  other  parameters,  the movement trajectory and screening time of the material can be adjusted. The eccentricity of the crankshaft affects the swing range and acceleration, the tangential tilt of the crankshaft affects the speed of the circular trajectory of the material, and the radial tilt of the crankshaft affects the diffusion speed of the material from the center to the surroundings.

1.2 Features
The swing screen is designed according to the principle of artificial screening to meet the needs of large-volume,  high-precision  screening.   It  is  suitable  for   all  fine   and   ultra-fine  powder  and
particulate materials, and is especially suitable for materials that are difficult to handle. Swing screen features:
It has up to 5 times the output per unit area; it is accurate to 6  levels of separation, and the screening efficiency is as high as 90%-99%; using silicon rubber balls, ultrasonic and other high- efficiency cleaning device systems, the screen holes will not be blocked. Airtight dust removal, safe operation; acceleration is 4-5 times lower than that of vibrating screen, the service life of screeningparts  is  increased  and  maintenance  is  reduced;  the  noise  is  low  <75  decibels.  Optimized rebalancing and low dynamic load on the foundation.

2. Installation
1. The equipment is packed in pallets, please use a forklift for transportation. When using forklifts and lifting tools, ensure that the equipment is balanced, and place the equipment according to the arrows on the package.
2.  The  foundation   must  be  leveled  and  the  equipment   must  be  placed  horizontally  during installation. Tilting the equipment will cause the spring life to be shortened, the screening quality is reduced, the foundation is damaged, and the risk of equipment damage!
3. The sieve machine connects the base and the foundation with detachable bolts. The foundation and the base must be level and the base must be placed evenly under the force.
4. The base and the foundation must be firmly connected, and gaskets can be filled under the base to avoid resonance.
5. A safe distance or fence must be set around the screen. The maximum swing range of the screen is 40mm in the horizontal direction and 20mm in the vertical direction.
6. Check the lubrication of the transmission part of the car and turn the transmission part by hand to check whether it is running normally.
7. Check whether the locking device is locked.
8. Use bolts to fix the base of the screen on the foundation or platform.
9. The electrical connection must be completed by a professional electrician.
10. The  power should be energized according to the  parameters marked on the motor  model nameplate.
11. Check the direction of motor rotation after power-on. The direction of motor rotation must be consistent with the indicating arrow on the motor.
Foundation load
Fh=horizontal dynamic load=horizontal force of each foot of the base, unit N.
Fv=Vertical dynamic load=The force in the vertical direction of each foot of the base, in N. Static load = equipment weight.

3.  Commissioning
After the installation of the sieve machine is completed, an empty test run should be carried out to check the installation quality.
1. The empty test runtime shall not be less than 8 hours.
2. During the trial operation, observe whether the screen machine starts smoothly, the swing range is stable,and whether there is any special noise.
3. The noise level at a distance of one meter from the equipment should be less than 80 decibels. If this value is exceeded, there may be loose parts or other malfunctions.
4. Bearing temperature does not exceed 75 degrees Celsius, and motor temperature increase does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius.
5. After the test run, check for loose parts.
6. In case of any of the above problems, please stop and check immediately, and then restart after troubleshooting.
7. After 8 hours of trial run, there is no failure before the screen machine can be put into use.

4. Maintenance instructions
4.1 Add lubricating oil every 720 hours of operation.
4.2 Lubricating oil viscosity 60-80C:
. BP Energrease LS-EP 2
. Shell Alvabia EP 2
. Great Wall General Lithium Grease Grease No. 2/3
4.3 Check the belt tension of the drive belt every three  months. The position of the motor is adjusted by bolts to tighten the slack belt.
4.4 Regularly check the wear of the sealing strips of the screen frame parts, and replace them in time when they are damaged. Use glue to stick the sealing strips on the screen frame
4.5 Perform maintenance after cutting off the power. If you must work with power on, at least twopeople should be present to cutoff the power in an emergency. Please use insulated tools!
4.6 Check the bolt torque every working daywhen using the new equipment, and check it at least once a week thereafter. Loose bolts may cause parts to be thrown out.
