The specimen setting machine is to make those specimens that are not suitable for shape or size pass through the inlay in order to meet the subsequent sample preparation steps and obtain the required detection plane; Or to protect edges or prevent surface defects caused by the preparation process. In modern metallographic laboratories, the widely used semi-automatic or automatic grinding/polishing machines have specifications for the size of the specimen, and in order to meet this requirement, the specimen must be inlaid, so the mounting machine has become one of the essential equipment in the metallographic laboratory.
This machine belongs to the automatic metallographic specimen inlay machine, with automatic water cooling function, suitable for the hot inlay of all materials (thermosetting and thermoplastic), after setting the heating temperature, constant temperature time, cooling time, action pressure and other inlay parameters, put in the sample and inlay material, cover the gland, press the start button, the inlay work can be completed automatically, without the operator on duty next to the machine. According to the samples with different requirements, you can choose to replace 4 kinds of molds at will, and you can also press two samples at the same time, and the preparation capacity is doubled.
