TY-2B Manual metallographic setting machine
Main Applications:
XQ-2B metallographic specimen mounting machine (hereinafter referred to as the inlay machine) is suitable for thermosetting plastic pressing of tiny metallographic specimens that are not shaped and not easy to take. After forming, it is convenient to grind and polish the specimen, and it is also convenient for tissue determination under a metallographic microscope.
 
The inlay machine works reliably under the following conditions:
1. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
2. The temperature of the surrounding medium does not exceed +40 degrees Celsius and does not    bottom -10 degrees Celsius;
3. The relative humidity of the air is not more than 85% (at 20 degrees Celsius);
4. There is no obvious vibration and obvious bumps;
5. There is no conductive dust, explosive gas, and corrosive gas that can seriously damage metal and insulation around.
 
Structural features:
 This machine is a mechanical inlay machine, rotating the outer handwheel, through a pair of bevel gears to drive the screw rod in the body to make the lower die of the pressed specimen move up and down in the rigid mold sleeve, and the thermogenic plastic together with the specimen of the inlaid specimen is formed under heating conditions. The forming pressure during the specimen preparation process is automatically compensated by the spring fixed in the collective, and the pressure of the specimen pressing can be indicated by a signal lamp. 
 This mosaic machine is equipped with a digital display thermostat, so as to realize real-time temperature display and temperature independent setting, configure a timer, and realize the semi-automation of sample preparation, which greatly improves the work efficiency. Each mounting time is 8-10 minutes, and the ideal specimen can be obtained as smooth as a mirror.
