The YL-212A fully automatic high-speed slitter is a high-speed, automated machine designed to slit wide master rolls into narrower finished rolls at specified widths and rewind them. Integrating unwinding, guiding, slitting, rewinding, and automatic core handling, the machine ensures precise slitting widths, stable web tension, and neat roll end-faces. It is widely used for processing materials such as adhesive tapes (including BOPP sealing tape, masking tape, and double-sided tape), protective films, release films, PE foam tape, non-woven fabrics, label materials, and composite roll materials.

In terms of automation, the machine features automatic core handling and loading systems, enabling automatic core feeding and finished roll discharge without the need to stop the machine for manual core replacement. Automatic master roll loading further reduces manual handling and minimizes roll-change downtime. A single operator can manage multiple machines simultaneously, directly lowering labor costs and increasing daily output.

The workflow is as follows: after the master roll is loaded onto the unwinding shaft, the material passes through guiding and tension control sections to ensure it remains flat and wrinkle-free. It then enters the slitting station to be cut to the preset width. The individual strips are rewound onto separate cores, and the finished rolls are automatically discharged onto a conveyor belt or collection table for packaging. Operating speed, slitting width, length (meterage), and rewind diameter are all configured via the control panel, with the machine stopping automatically once the preset length or quantity is reached.

Regarding key components, the metal rollers undergo precision machining and dynamic balancing to prevent material deviation or layer misalignment. Stable tension control prevents material stretching, loose winding, or uneven core hardness, resulting in tightly wound layers and flush end-faces. The slitting width for each strip can be set individually, and the blade configuration can be quickly adjusted when switching orders. Regarding control and safety, the system utilizes PLC control with a touchscreen interface, allowing all parameters to be set on a single screen; digital displays provide real-time monitoring of running speed, length, and production output. A transparent viewing window enables observation of the slitting and rewinding processes without opening the safety guard. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an emergency stop button and safety guards in the work area to ensure operational safety.
