Product Introduction
   TY-HR500 type two-stage piston pusher centrifuge is a kind of filter centrifuge of continuous operation, the material A that needs to be separated is continuously supplied to the centrifuge through the feed pipe 1, the material is evenly sprinkled on the first stage drum 3 by the feed distributor2, through the screen, most of the mother liquor is filtered here, and is discharged out of the machine by D by the liquid collection hood, not only does rotary motion and does reciprocating motion of the first stage drum and the pushing tray 6 push the formed filter cake to the second stage drum 4 again, so that the filter cake has enough residence time in the drumand obtain greater centrifugal force, so that the filter cake achieves a very low moisture content. The filter cake is continuously discharged out of the rotating drum again, and is discharged out of the machine by C through the solid collection tank 5.
When there is a requirement for the purity of the solids, it can be washed very effectively in the machine, and after the washing liquid is washed into the filter cake, it is also discharged out of the machine through the screen and the collection hood, and the mother liquor can be discharged separately if necessary.
